HOW TO USE

we load the stainless steel pallet with polypropylene axes perforated with the various dairy products: hard cheeses, soft cheeses, semi-hard cheeses.
we season the product in the drying cells, rest cells, seasoning cells, inserting the trolleys in them.
we can use axes with a round hole for semi-hard cheeses and soft axes with a rectangular hole for cheeses with semi-hard or hard pasta.
