HOW TO USE

  • The stainless steel pallet is loaded with perforated polypropylene boards with various types of dairy products: hard cheeses, soft cheeses, and semi-hard cheeses.
  • The product is aged in the drying room, the resting cell, the curing room, inserting the trolleys in each of them.
  • Round hole boards can be used for semi-hard and soft cheeses. Rectangular hole boards can be used for semi-hard or hard cheeses.
