How To Use

Load speck, rump, bacon, on the stainless steel trolleys using special laces applied to the products themselves.
Possibility of inserting the trolleys in the smoking chambers, seasoning chambers, salting chambers, seasoning chambers
Trolleys then taken to the sectioning areas of the speck slices
