We are a company that produces stainless steel and plastic equipment for the food sector.

The company was founded in 1998 by Alfio Cristoforetti and was the first Italian company to produce nylon hooks thus reducing production costs.

Avioincar deals with the design and construction of food equipment in the meat, cured meats and dairy sectors. Our products are used for the storage, preservation and seasoning of food and are produced exclusively in Italy. The main products are trolleys, pallets, shelving, baltresche, grids, boxes and hooks.

Start of the company

1998
Avioincar was born as an artisan company producing stainless steel equipment for the food sector. Our work consists in the study and construction of equipment that meets the needs and way of working of the customer.

Nylon Hooks for Meat & amp; Cured meat

2003
New production of Nylon hooks for meats and cured meats. These are hooks in food-grade material, resistant over time, capable of withstanding loads up to 70 kg. Avioincar was the first Italian company to produce nylon hooks, thus reducing production costs.

Avioincar expands

2004

The business expands throughout Trentino Alto Adige and we strengthen the line of products for seasoning speck, such as trolleys and pallets with perforated polypropylene forming boxes.

At the same time we start the production of a new line of stainless steel equipment for dairies and cured meat factories.

Dairy sector

2008
We increase our presence in the cheese maturing sector and produce new models of pallets with wooden boards and perforated polypropylene boards. We have recently brought our experience also in the stainless steel shelving sector, but with polypropylene shelves to be used in cold rooms.
